(Please Read Before Booking: There are three separate construction projects taking place. Our pool and beach access are currently closed until further notice and undergoing a complete restoration. There is a charming beach access 800 ft south of the condo at Seagull Park Beach. Beginning Nov 2023 to September 2024, we will be installing a mandatory fire sprinkler system throughout the building. We have blocked the dates the specific unit is impacted, but you may be impacted by noise during the duration of this project.
