Additionally, the Burke X-country ski trail is on the property!

The main living area is located on the second floor, offering rustic charm throughout mixed with modern amenities and appliances that will make your stay unforgettable. Curl up by the warmth of the wood stove in the living room and watch a fun show or movie on the TV with cable. There are many DVDs available as well. When mealtime comes, surprise everyone with delicious homemade treats and meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the major appliances needed to show off your culinary skills. The home enjoys a spacious second-floor deck with majestic views of Burke Mountain and a picnic table on the patio that is perfect for alfresco dining. Additional perks include a working desk with two monitors, and a washer/dryer.

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

• 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
