Its open-concept interior is perfectly designed for family gatherings and the full kitchen is more than equipped to easily handle home-cooked meals. There's even a rollable ice chest that can be filled up with all your favorite happy hour libations. Comfortable seating options and a brand-new smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime.

• Check-out time: 10:00 am.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

• 2 dogs , weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: Outdoor cameras will be turned off during guest stay.
