Composed of vaulted ceilings and hardwood finishes, the gorgeous interior displays an open layout ensuring the time with your loved ones is maximized! Sure to impress any chef, the gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, the formal dining table provides an elegant space to eat with your favorite people.

Comfortably curated, the four bedrooms are all lined with soft linens and central air. A jetted tub is available in the primary bedroom's attached bathroom. A private washer/dryer and smart TVs round out the interior amenities.

• All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Renters are NOT permitted to host any type of event, party or gathering at the rental property or any activity that might create a nuisance to the residents of the neighborhood due to excessive noise, traffic and/or crowds.
• Parking must be limited to the Unit’s driveway. No recreational vehicles, trailers, trailer homes, tow trucks, pop-up campers, mobile homes, boats, ATV, other All-Terrain vehicles or over-sized vehicles may be parked on or around the Unit as a result of the Short-Term Rental Use.
• All Short-Term Renters vehicles information to be provided to host, including but not limited to vehicle make, model, year, color and license plate state and number.
• All Renters contracting with the Short-Term rental are restricted and confirmed to be no less than Twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Written rental agreements are required and are filed with all Renters. Reasonable administrative policies are established related to the intake of tenants for the protection of the Property, its other occupants and the surrounding community.
• No loitering on and/or around the Unit (inside or out) allowed.
