I was impressed with the home. It provided me with all that I needed, including privacy. The back patio is where I spent most of my time even in the warm Florida weather. The mango tree in the back gave me three fruits to enjoy. The house is close to the train tracks and about five minutes from the airport. Expect to hear trains going by at night up until 11:30 and planes flying overhead. After a while they just become white noise and barely noticeable. I loved the home and considered making the owner an offer for it.
