Parking notes: There is ONE parking spot per reservation. A parking pass will be placed in your condo prior to arrival. Parking is not permitted along the side of the building in the fire lane. Any vehicle without a valid parking pass will be towed at the owner’s expense. Summit Stage - Provides free year-round bus service throughout Summit County between Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. This unit was perfect for us, it was clean and cozy. The hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes. It is dog friendly which was awesome and lots of places to walk our girls. I will definitely stay here again.

The location is terrific - within walking distance to center of town and several hiking trails. The VACASA staff was helpful - there was no parking pass in the unit as described in the email and someone dropped one off the morning after we checked in; also, we accidently locked outselves out of the downstairs bathroom and a maintenance guy came within the hour to let us back in. The fridge and TV looked pretty new which was nice. The unit itself is OK - a bit too much furniture for such a small space, but OK. I think the fridge is new which is nice; ditto for the TV. It does need some TLC / updating as there were a few things broken (sliding closet door, window crank, curtain rods, etc) and not quite right and there was only the bare minimum of kitchenware. The two main problems were the metal spiral staircase which was pretty treacherous (it could really use some kind of non-slip coating!) and upstairs was pretty hot. Granted, it was pretty hot outside during the day and the unit had probably been closed up for a few days prior but even with the window open throughout the night (at 50 deg) there was little cooling that happened. Thankfully, there was a standing fan that helped a little. It was also hot in the bedroom on the main floor as the window crank was broken so the window couldn't be opened and the room is small. The unit faces the parking lot and street which meant that it was a bit noisy, with all the windows open thru the night to get some cooling. Even with all that, the unit did work for us! (it helps that it is dog friendly).

What a wonderful trip! The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Just steps away from hiking trails which our dogs loved and 3 blocks from Main Street which was shutdown to allow for outdoor dining. We will definitely be back!

Good for a quick getaway for family of 4 (two adult children). The spiral staircase would be tough for little ones. It was a hike in snow to get to the closest lift although we could ski directly back; buses to the slopes are available on Ski Hill Drive. One daughter brought her dog so it was nice to find a place that will take pets. It is also an easy walk to downtown. Minor complaints: there was only one parking pass (vs the two promised in the confirmation) but we were able to come up with a temporary fix after talking to Vacasa. Also the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly.

Loved the Location. Had a great ski vacation. Not quite Ski in Ski out the bottom half of four o’clock run was still closed so you couldn’t ski to the condo yet. Very easy to take the free bus so that worked for us. Condo was nice and clean.

This home was exactly what we needed for our quick getaway! Our girls loved the loft beds & I was happy that they had their own bathroom upstairs. The location from town was perfect! We were able to go right into the heart of Breckenridge with just a short walk from the condo.

Not exactly ski in/ski out, expect to walk a bit both ways. Was nice to have our pooch along. Hot tub soak always a plus. Kitchen adequate, we cooked several meals- also a short walk into town. Nicely connected for tv, movies, and listening to music. Enjoyed the afternoon sun on the deck as well.
