The house was clean, great A/C and nice furniture. Water access for boats was just a minute down the road. Great for swimming and water actives. We had a wonderful time being at the lake, grilling, and being on the water. Will be booking again.

We loved the location! Close to Na’Cho Margarita (which did not disappoint), and Martin’s Landing Marina (nicest people and very helpful) with a store and boat launch (since this house does not have a private boat ramp). The layout was perfect for up to 8 people with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The large screened porch with fans and picnic tables was perfect for meals before heading back out on the boat. Only complaint would be the cleanliness of the outdoor areas. There were lots of resident spiders on the dock and the carport area could use a good pressure washing or at least a blower and broom. We would definitely stay again!
