Great location in the Park City area. If was clean and easy to access. The shared laundry area was helpful for a family. The location of the room gave a quiet neighbor experience. The living area was spacious and cozy. The kitchen was well supplied with the necessary cooking tools for what we needed. The cons were not enough towels and paper products for number of guests. There was more outside noise in the mornings, trash truck, than expected. Overall a great place, and would stay again.

My stay began by getting locked in the bathroom. The handle to the door was broken and I was unable to get out without the help of another guest. Someone came in to fix this issue. A few days into the stay, I noticed the AC in the bedroom wasn’t working, I wrote management through the platform and never heard back. The sink in the kitchen was also non functioning— would not drain and would fill up any time the dish washer was run. I called and did get someone to come out to the property to look at these issues and the person was not able to fix either issue. I called again after 2 days of not hearing any update and they simply told me the person said he couldn’t fix it and they would need to send someone else in. I rented the property for 12 days and selected this property because it had AC and a kitchen. Neither of which were functioning nor fixed through my entire stay. I have tried to get ahold of local management a dozen times and have had zero response from them. My stay at this property was completely unsatisfactory and the customer service from Vacasa has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I am STILL waiting to hear back from the local team on all of the unfixed issues during my stay. Simply unacceptable.

My family just spent President's week here and had a fabulous time. Besides the fresh snow every day and fantastic trails (we are from the East Coast), this rental totally made this vacation. The location is perfect. Less then a 5 minute walk from our room to the gondola. When we were done for the day, it was so relaxing to come off the slopes, casually walk past the huge line to the parking lot, stop in the souvenir store, get a snack, and then be in our rental in less then 5 minutes. One day we went to the rental for a mid day break to grab some neck warmers and extra hand warmers. We had dinner reservations one night at The Farm and it was a 5 minute walk there and back. The rental was very clean. Had all the linens necessary for the pull out couch. The kind bed mattress was memory form and very comfortable. The pull out couch mattress was also memory foam and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We made a stop at Whole Foods on the way to buy groceries. I made breakfast and every dinner except one. Lunch we ate on the mountain. There is a shared laundry with another unit. There was some coordination needed and the other renters were very friendly. The laundry was just outside the door and very convenient, did laundry every day, even the last day so we only brought clean clothes home.
There were a few small issues that came up. Vacasa, the rental company, addressed them quickly.

TLDR: This is a great location, right on top of several of the Canyon's restaurants & shops, and walking distance to the gondola.
Long version: We enjoyed our stay in this 1BR apartment with living room and kitchen. The BR across the way is available to rent should you require more sleeping accommodations, but as we did not I am unfamiliar with the 2nd BR space. The living room space is very large, with 2 couches, and the kitchen is apportioned quite well with numerous knives, wine bottle openers, pizza cutters, frying pans, etc... As other reviewers noted, as of August 2021 there was quite a bit of construction going on, but I did not find it bothersome. An occasional BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, from a vehicle backing up was the worst I can say. One negative is that the apartment had virtually nothing that one would expect in terms of free consumables you normally encounter at a hotel, motel, resort. We were on a 10 day stay, and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, 0 bars of soap, 0 shampoo, 0 conditioner, about 1/5 of a roll of paper towels, and only a few dishwasher pods. Perhaps the housekeeping simply forgot, but on the positive when I emailed Vacasa about this it was corrected within 24 hours. The bed in our BR was so comfortable, that my wife stripped the sheets upon leaving & took a screenshot of the mattress tag because she wants us to buy the same mattress. So that's a plus - happy wife = happy life. As it's an owned unit, there is not housekeeping, so you will need to do all your own cleaning, but we actually view that as a positive as we dont like intrusion, but YOMV. Having an underground parking garage for the car is a nice touch. We enjoyed bother the 3rd floor plunge pool & hot tub as well as the 1st floor swimming pool. One odd thing (given it's 2021) about the unit is the LR television is fairly small, about 42 inches I'd guess. This is admittedly a real 1st world, 2021 problem, but for such a big space the TV seemed tiny. The bigger problem was the BR television, which took a very long time to turn on (at least a full minute), as well as the fact it would sometime 'freeze' and need to be turned off. My guess is it needs replacing. As other people have left kitchen implements & accoutrements with the unit, we left a Kelty baby carrier in the BR closet for hikers, so if you have a baby or toddler, you're welcome! I tried to make this review as specific as possible of all the pros & cons, but at the end of the day, we enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

Stayed here for three nights with my son. The condo is perfect. Perfect size, perfect location and it has everything you could need. Hurry before the view is gone. It looks like they are building another large building directly in front of the balcony.

The unit was not clean by the time that our check in time was 4PM, we had to wait an extra 1.5 hours after a long day of traveling to be able to move into the unit.

The convenience of having you skis and boots downstairs and a nice place to change cannot be overstated, then walking 100 steps to the Lift/Gondola is literally ski in ski out. Inside parking directly below was also very nice. Staff was always attentive and friendly. Only downside is our Fireplace did not work and the Living room heater only blew cool air, but bedroom would be 90 degrees.
