Mango Tango is happily nestled along the palms and tropical lushness of the Emerald Shores neighborhood. The community boasts two pools, a seasonal tram, check-in at Leeward Key next door, and a Gulf front Restaurant and beach bar. This three-story house feels like a getaway straight out of the Caribbean. As you enter the living area, you will notice many fine upgraded elements and coastal elegant style, a queen sofa sleeper, coordinating chairs, and access to both the front porch and the side patio area. The kitchen offers full size appliances and everything you need to make meals at home. There is also a convenient half bathroom in the ground floor hall next to a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is plenty of dining seating with a dining table with six chairs and a bench as well as several bar stools at the breakfast bar. You will find the master bedroom on the ground floor with beautifully appointed bedding, a large king bed, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bathroom offers a garden tub and vanity. You will love the private access to the patio along the side of the home from the master bedroom. The second floor offers another king bedroom, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third floor features a queen bedroom, a twin over double bunk with a twin trundle underneath, two twin roll-away beds, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Both the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms have a spacious balcony accessible to each of the bedrooms.

Parking Notes: No automobile, truck, boat, boat and trailer, trailer, house trailer, mobile home, camper or other similar vehicle shall be parked on any roadway overnight. No boat, boat and trailer, trailer alone, recreational type vehicle, or self-propelled mobile home, shall be parked for any period of time or stored or otherwise be permitted. Commercial vehicles are restricted. Parking in the cul-de-sacs is prohibited at all times.

Parking is allowed in driveways only and is restricted to the number of cars that can be parked within the home's garage and/or driveway. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited. Additional parking is available at the pools and tennis court.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

This house was more than accommodating. The space was perfect, and everything was exceptionally neat and clean. I think everyone was most impressed by the verandas/patios on each level. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. The gas and regular grills gave us options we're not used to on vacation. I would definitely book a stay at this gem again!

The house was very nice but definitely NOT a short walk to the beach with young kids! We were able to park 4 vehicles in the driveway. It did need some maintenance done on some things in the house but very nice for what we needed.

Great stay! A few minor thing need to be upgraded such as cookware. Bed on 2nd floor needs to be turned or replaced huge hole if you try to sleep on your stomach. But overall would stay here again. Dryer takes 2 turns to dry.

The home was just what we needed for a family get away. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The home was so cozy and beautiful. The family was able to cook and enjoy each at the same time. Our favorite spot was the 3rd floor balcony.

The house was not that clean when we arrived, floors were not clean, especially under the beds. We found other people’s socks and toys. The dishwasher was running and continued to run for three hours. We finally opened it to the worst rotten food smell. There was food floating in the dish washer. We promptly closed and did not use the entire trip. The smell was overwhelming. We did not report it until we were leaving as we did not want to suffer that smell again. The table has a sticky film that we could not remove. We had to buy a tablecloth to cover it so our arms would not stick. While my family had fun the accommodations were disappointing.

The carpets were filthy and smelly. The furniture was dirty. The second and third floor balconies were in need of repair. 17 pieces were loose or missing on the balcony. The closet doors fell off. The shower door fell off. The Vacasa staff did come and make the repairs fairly quickly. I feel we overpaid for the condition of the property. The neighborhood was nice and it was close to the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The other bedrooms were clean and had nice linens.

The layout of the house is wonderful and has ample space to allow guests to have some privacy and space. Proximity to beach is wonderful. However, the house is in major need of updating and repairs. With some TLC my 3 stars could be 5.

House was wonderful. Easy to get to and a few blocks away from the beach access. Pools were nice and our kids spent alot of time there. Beaches are beautiful. House is spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen not stacked with a lot of things but not a huge issue. We would definitely stay there again.

This vacations was a dream come true, the house is amazing, comfortable, quiet neighborhood and VIP treatment the whole week, private beach, transportation and everything you need to make your vacation a wonderful experience! Two thumbs up! See you next summer!!

We stayed at Mango Tango in 2004 and loved it. Unfortunately, this time was very different. We were there a few days when we started noticing things that were not up to speed. Walking from the kitchen to our main floor bedroom, our feet were black. The walls going up the steps were dirty, the chair covers at the dining room table were spotted and filthy, the globe under the ceiling light in the family room was broken, only one side of the toaster worked, The dryer took hours to dry one load, picture frame on the second floor bedroom was falling apart and picture was falling out, big spot on first floor bedroom wall, bunkbeds in second-floor bedroom were falling apart, both bathrooms on the second and third floor had filthy walls. For $3600 for a week I feel that this was disgusting and Vacasa should be ashamed. My family and I have taken multiple pictures of everything I mentioned, however this review will not let me post pictures. I will never go through Vacasa again! I didn’t say anything while we were there because I didn’t want maintenance people in the house during our vacation. I posted a private review with Vacasa but no one got back to me, so I thought I would do a public review.

The house & area is great. Short walk to beach with gated access. 2nd floor stays COLD, 3rd floor doesn’t cool off. The refrigerator didn’t work, but VACASA brought us a used one that worked.

I am very disappointed checked in Monday @ 4:00pm Tuesday our refrigerator went out called in they put a work order in nobody came out called in again Wednesday nobody came out called again Thursday by this time our $500 worth of groceries is already been spoiled they have the worst customer service to be honest I would never stay at one of their properties....

Loved the amount of space and room for our family the view was also amazing ! The beach pavilion access was great. Overall loved how easy it was to enjoy our family time. Would definitely book again !

My husband and our three children and grandchildren stayed for four days for Labor Day Weekend. It is a modest, not fancy, but very comfy and plenty of room for everyone to have a private room. The house has a large get together downstairs with kitchen, living room, dining area and a master bedroom with private bath. The second and third floors have two beds each with a nice walk out balcony on each floor. Plenty of space to park and dog friendly. And, we were able to walk a short distance within a gated community to our own private beach. The kids loved the beach and also the three community pools. Will come back in the future.
