Your stay at The Cottage on the Bluff will be the highlight of your Orcas Island experience! This charming home is separate from the other Deer Harbor Cottages, perfect for those who want a little more privacy. Enjoy a lovely view of Deer Harbor, a handmade log bed and log furnishings. Outside, there are two decks facing Deer Harbor with a four-person hot tub on the upper deck overlooking the Olympic Peninsula. The wildlife is abundant here, with deer, eagles, and hawks calling this property home.

This cottage enjoys a great location, with beautiful views of Deer Harbor, the Olympic Mountains, and the Lagoon, and the historic Deer Harbor Inn Restaurant a short stroll across the property. The stunning landscapes of Moran State Park are 14 miles east, with the always quiet Obstruction Pass State Park six miles beyond. Deer Harbor Reserve and Marina are only half a mile south as well.

This small, well equipped cottage is within walking distance of Deer Harbor Marina. The outside decks provide space for barbecuing, outside dining, and relaxing in the sun. The hot tub is a plus.

We had a wonderful stay. A cute cozy spot with a great view. Even though it was amongst other cottages and right next to a restaurant we still felt we had tons of privacy. The cottage had everything we might need and we were so thankful we could bring our two small dogs.

We stayed for a holiday weekend and loved being in quaint Deer Harbor away from the hustle and bustle. Restaurant on site is so convenient for a drink and lawn games, nice that they close early though so not a disturbance. Views from the hot tub were beautiful, there's a public path that leads right to the Marina, and Turtleback is just a short distance away for hiking. Hope to be back.

Perfect cabin for a couple trying to get away from the city. It has everything you need to stay for a couple of days and is located in a nice complex with other cabins and a restaurant

We loved staying at this cottage. It’s in a beautiful, quiet little spot on the island, about a 15 minute drive from the main part of town. It had everything we needed, and the private hot tub was a huge bonus! This is really the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be coming back.
The one thing I’d note is that the bathroom floor doesn’t have a rug and gets really slippery when wet- make sure to put a towel on the ground to avoid taking a spill!
