Had trouble getting the balcony door to lock. There is a balcony/patio, with chairs and the trees outside are nice. No futon as shown in the photos. Comfy bed, nice little seating area. TV setup is crap! Channel selection was awful, tons of christian crap and none of the on demand options worked. No HBO, no HGTV, couldn't sign in to streaming subscriptions and no way to use your own device via HDMI cable. Please add something where you can sign in to your own streaming subscriptions, or add better channels. Guests should be provided at LEAST one packet of coffee per day. Bring your own coffee.
