Loved everything about this place. Small for sure, but perfect getaway for me and my dog. Loved watching all the wildlife right from the patio. Saw seals, sea otters, and a bunch of birds. Beach isn’t far at all. I’ll definitely go back!!!

Cutest little place. Awesome patio right on the water. Had everything you need from plates and silverware to pots and pans. Went fishing right off the docks. Immediately felt like home. Will stay here again and again.

Small condo was right on a Marina with Egrets and other cranes to greet us. Lots of nice walks and bird sanctuaries in the area. Also the Sequoia Park in the middle of Eureka should not be missed.

Small place but clean and good for a short stay. When we drove into the neighborhood, it was questionable. But once we got to the end of the road and saw the cute place, all was good. It's next to the marina. Over the fence of the front yard is part of the marina as well. Lots of wildlife! Crabs, blue herons, terns, egrets, etc. Quiet. You can walk to Gil's by the Bay. Good food.

The house was very clean when we arrived. It was perfect for my daughter and I for our visit to the Redwoods. Being from Louisiana I was a little concerned that there was not an air conditioner, but the weather was perfect enough to just open the windows and let the bay breeze in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We even got a little peek at a sea otter swimming in the marina. The house is in a convenient location with attractions just north and south of Eureka.

Perfect place for us to escape three days of horrid rain on a camping trip. House is cozy, but has everything you need (including well-stocked kitchen). Great walking on the headlands of Humboldt Bay one block from the house. Don’t miss eating at Gill’s on the Bay. And room to park the trailer. Thank you!

Very cute and clean spot on the water in King Salmon, great for two people. It was lovely to watch the birds the morning.

I am a birder from the Valley of California. Birding in Eureka is my idea of heaven. From the covered porch of this rental I saw Belted Kingfisher, Pied Billed Grebe, Pacific Loon, Black Crowned Night herons, Egrets, Herons, Kesterls, Bufflehead, Hooded Mergansers, Clark's Grebe, River Otters, and California Gulls. The King tide was amazing to watch.....once I knew I was safe..YIKES. I had an amzing time AND the walk to the each with my dog was wonderful for both of us.

I can't imagine a more perfect location for me. I was able to birdwatch from the front deck. For my dog and I, it is a little slice of heaven. Whoever did this remodel is a genius!

Loved the well decorated updated cottage. The fenced patio is great for relaxation, especially with your dog after exploring the local beaches. Great location to explore the area! Interesting location but the neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are friendly.

The small house was nice with being right on the marina.
The sheets and blankets are all washed in a scented detergent and I spent 2 days with a headache due to the smell and now have a rash on my back. I’m sensitive to detergents and never thought to mention it as most establishments do not use scented but rather bleach or non scented. The second night I bought my own blanket and and wrapped in that. So beware if you have allergies you may need to bring your own bedding. The other three places we stayed on this vacation did not have this issue.

Nice place. Very clean. Good for a couple and their dogs. Amenities are perfectly listed. Back patio is addictively pleasant with good sun exposure. Enough room for a large truck and a trailer, about 50 feet or more with a turnaround at the marina. Good place to pull your boat to because the boat ramp is right next door. Great spot for a fishing trip. The utility closet is very handy to store luggage, dog stuff and jackets. Surrounding neighborhood looks a little weathered but is safe, nicely polite and welcoming. I took a paddleboard off the dock in the mornings. Really quiet area. I was there for Memorial Day weekend and only the sounds of birds could be heard the whole time. Buhne Point Beach is a very close, quick walk and a good spot to let the dogs run if no one else is around. A lot of bird activity at the marina. Binoculars provided are a nice touch. I watched many blue and white herons fishing and a crow chase an osprey in the air. Overall nice peaceful place with a big yard, great view and a nearby beach. Big win at the price.

We loved everything about this sweet cottage on the marina. It is very well appointed and beautifully decorated.
Everything you need for a stay in Humboldt County. Highly recommend!

This place is not the Ritz but if you are looking for a quiet place to get away this is as good as it gets. The Marina View was immaculately clean are had everything we needed. We travel with a pet so appreciated the fenced yard area where we could sit outside and leave the dog off the leash. I liked the location which was very private since it was at the end of the street. I's suggest anyone staying at the Marina View might like to try Gills at the Seashore for breakfast or lunch. It's close with excellent food. I would love to go back again perhaps for a longer stay.
