This home showcases sweeping views all the way past Black’s Beach to Dana Point! This glamorous 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 3- level, 3221 sq. ft. Old Hollywood classic offers windows to the world with spacious light filled rooms, a small pool, and a short walk to La Jolla Shores Beach.

A new roof top view deck is a perfect place for lounging, barbecuing, and dining al fresco, feeling and smelling the ocean air. This is a great place to relax, recharge, and reconnect - with yourselves and others - at the end of your day’s adventures.

Enter into a small 1st floor atrium, take a few steps around and up a beautiful spiral staircase to the 2nd floor where, to the left, will find a beautifully furnished living room with a fireplace and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. To the right, you will find a spare room with two twin beds and a full bath next door.

The living room is accompanied by a dining area for 6 and a modern galley kitchen with every amenity and appliance you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

The dining/kitchen area opens onto an enclosed patio with an informal outside dining table and comfortable seating. Off the kitchen there is also a full bath with a small walk-in shower. There is also an outside dining table off the living room in the front where you can also enjoy the expansive ocean views.

To the right of this central enclosed patio there are two queen beds in a bedroom with access to a full bath with a walk-in shower. There is a stacked washer and dryer for your use inside a nook off this patio and a small pool is at the end of the second floor hallway.

On the third floor, there is a small alcove with a partition and a twin bed. There is also the library / office with a sleeper couch that could sleep another child. This home comfortably sleeps 10-11 in beds when a queen sofa bed is used. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure your comfort at all times.

The top floor luxury king master retreat, offers exquisite views. An open atrium has a beautiful seating cluster, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a separate soaking tub and a large walk-in shower with a bench.

There is access to the roof top deck from the master bath. The rooftop deck has a barbecue, a fire pit, another informal table and various comfortable chairs. Enjoy this private perch as you look out onto the beautiful ocean and shoreline views from the rugged coastline of La Jolla Cove to the north from this lovely home.
