Beachfront home with stellar deck, amazing views, patio, grill, & firepit

This home, on what is affectionately called California’s Rivera, in the exclusive gated community of Beach Road, provides privacy and seclusion not commonly associated with beachfront property. This is the perfect place to experience the romance and the energy of the ocean without crowds.

Relax on the well-furnished shaded deck or the sand. Swim or paddle board in the ocean, take a walk, bicycle on an ocean path to Dana Point Pier, go for a run, kayak, go boating, or play golf at a nearby course. Have a family barbecue on the deck and watch the sunset. Sit around the fire pit and enjoy the ocean's sounds and breezes.

This two-story 2,600 square foot beach haven has sweeping ocean views from two bedrooms upstairs and a large spacious great room downstairs. The great room with a cathedral ceiling has floor-to-ceiling slider access to the beachfront deck and features a large living room area with lots of comfortable seating, open to the dining area, and includes a large TV.

A comfortable ocean-view dining area is located between the living room and a modern kitchen with high-top stools making it easy for everyone to eat inside or open the sliders for inside/outside dining is also easily possible. A modern, well-equipped kitchen right next to the dining room has all you need to satisfy your culinary desires - along with a bonus room with skylights and seating.

An ocean-view Cal-King main bedroom upstairs has slider access to a private patio and an en suite bath. Be lulled to sleep with the soft rhythms and sounds of the sea and wake up to its beautiful vistas. There are two additional Cal-King bedrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs. Two additional bedrooms include a guest bedroom upstairs and a fifth bedroom with a bunk bed.

There is a first-floor bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a second-floor full bath with tub/shower combination for your guests. All beds and bathrooms are amply furnished with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort. There is a washer/dryer for your use and there are two driveway parking spaces. Any visitor parking must be shuttled from the front gate. WIFI and cable are also provided.

  • This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
