The cabin was very clean when we arrived. Road to cabin was somewhat treacherous, But I drive a Honda Accord and it made to the cabin just fine. It was secluded and private , spent 4 days and just laid around and enjoyed the peace and quiet very relaxing. The views were beautiful especially the sunrise in the morning!. The cabin had plenty of room for my grown daughter and myself and small dog Charlie. I would recommend renting any property by VACASA they are very customer friendly and any concerns are addressed immediately

It was clean and they offered a lot of things to do like sitting on the deck with a fire or a fire in the fire pit, downstairs they had games, cards, golf, dart board and a pool table also a hot tub, it was so relaxing especially at night. The only bad thing is the road getting to the cabin the pot holes need to be taken care of and the trees need to be cut back so if you meet someone coming up or down you have someway to pull over and get out of the way since it’s a one lane road.

Nicely decorated cabin with good amenities. Road up to cabin is paved but very narrow with a lots of erosion and deep potholes so be aware. Private area with nice outdoor seating areas and fire pit options. Most areas were very clean but there are fake plants in kitchen that are very dusty and found some candy wrappers from previous guests. Trash from previous guests had not been removed so there was not room for our trash to be kept in outside bins during our stay. Hot tub was very nice but the jets were not functioning and vacasa promised a small refund to us for the lack of that amenity being usable but haven't seen any refund come through despite follow up calls. Pictures online are a bit deceiving. The main living / kitchen space is very small and very cozy for 4 adults. The 2 bedrooms are very large and very comfortable though. Nice gameroom in the basement bedroom with pool table, darts and games. Overall we had a nice time with an relatively easy drive from the cabin into Helen.
