Swimmin’ Hole 2 - lakefront getaway with back porch living, dock & boat launch

Affectionately nicknamed Swimmin’ Hole 2, this 2BR/1.5BA getaway presents 150’ of frontage on beautiful Lake Moultrie. Prepare delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen or head to the backyard for an afternoon barbecue. One of only five properties in the area, you’ll enjoy a tranquil setting with an on-site boat dock and launch. Take the provided kayaks out for adventure, or simply kick back to enjoy lakefront sunrises and sunsets!

Find plenty of plush seating in the open living area. A twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle creates flexible sleeping space. Indulge your inner chef in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with helpful extras like a blender. When dinner is served, the dining table is perfect for family-style meals.

This home accommodates seven guests between two suites and the living area’s twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, detailed with a king bed and direct outdoor access. Also accessible from the hallway, the en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. The guest suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite half bath.

Unwind on the lakeside patio or the covered back porch. Enjoy a game of cornhole while burgers sizzle on the gas grill. A wood-burning firepit adds nightime ambience.

Tie your boat up to the shared dock (20’ x 18’). The access point for larger boats is located next door, and smaller boats and jet skis can launch from the on-property ramp. Provided lake amenities include kayaks, and fishing poles. (Please note nothing can be tied to the dock overnight.)

Your lakefront locale is only a mile from a handful of Bonneau Beach restaurants. Take a day trip to historic Charleston, home to world-class eateries, galleries, and nightlife. The gorgeous Isle of Palms Beach is also an easy drive.
