The condo was great and clean with great views but I was told it would include chairs and umbrella for the beach unfortunately when we arrived that is not the case they did away with that so that was disappointing and inconvenience.

This place had so much potential to be the perfect vacation rental. Perfect location on the strip, steps from the beach, great pool… but the rental itself lacks the details. VERY nice TVs with standard definition cable boxes, non-working ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms (also missing an outlet cover - exposed electrical wires… this was quickly fixed by the local Vascasa manager), broken screens on the doors… sliding doors very difficult to open.
The unit was clean-ish… surface level clean… but had cakes of dust in the vents on the walls and ceilings.
Gate code was wrong upon arrival - Vacasa didn’t even know the correct code - we had to get it from a housekeeper and then relay this to the Vacasa people.
Very hard/firm mattresses.
The worst part was our Air Conditioning going out our last night at 9 pm. We contacted our local Vacasa rep and there was no maintenance available after hours so we had to sleep in a VERY warm condo and then pack and prepare to checkout again, in a very warm, muggy condo. Recommend 24/7 maintenance… this was a MAJOR disappointment and caused for a terrible nights sleep for us and our kids (whose ceiling fan didn’t work in their bedroom)
Again… so much potential, but disappointing for such a high end/expensive rental to be lacking so much.

This condo exceeded our expectations. The moment we walked in, we immediately noticed that the condo was very neat and clean. This condo and its facility holds everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation, including a beautiful view. The appliances in the condo were very up-to-date. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was everything we needed for a perfect honeymoon. The outdoor furniture was our favorite part! It was a cozy spot to listen to the ocean while drinking your favorite margarita. This place 100% deserves 5 stars although cleaning could have been a little better and the couch was very uncomfortable.

Pros: Well appointed condo with very nice beach views. The condo had everything you could ask for including beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. The unit was fairly clean, beds were comfortable and the balcony was great.
Cons: This unit advertised 2 secure parking spaces, Vacasa informed us that we would have to pay to park off site in a public lot. This lot was unsecured, across a very busy street in a sketchy neighborhood. There were MANY open spaces in the secured lot under the condo complex, on site staff instructed us to contact our rental company for a parking pass, Vacasa staff said that could not help us... This unit also did not have cable activated for the televisions, a text sent to Vacasa with this complaint went unanswered.

The check-in and check-out process are super easy. The condo itself is amazing. It's clean and had all the kitchen accessories we needed. The view from the balcony makes you never want to leave. The shared pool and hot tub were nice. The beach was great. The condo is a close walk to lots of things and a short drive to the rest. You won't be disappointed staying here.
