The water view from this home is fantastic, and although it was just two of us staying, there is plenty of sleeping capacity for a larger group. That said, there is no dining room table. Only a few bar stools in the kitchen. Additionally, there is a renter in an upstairs apartment directly above the master bedroom. Footsteps and TV kept us awake every night. Not that we were there to watch TV, but the master bedroom TV did not work and no remote. Living room TV and remote requires a technical degree to figure out how to turn on sound, stream your content from your phone or tablet. There were no instructions and there is no cable TV, just internet. The floors were not very clean. Looking under the bed for the bedroom remote was disgusting. Sorry to say, but for the price paid for this home, we would've been better off at a high end hotel.

View from the seaside Windows is awesome. Access to the beach is a bit tricky but we figured it out. We have relatives in the Rockland area so it was good to be so close to them for a few days. My grandson's had difficulty figuring out how the television worked it would be nice to have some sort of written instructions. Overall it was a wonderful stay. That little piece of the world is magical. Hope to come back!
