Climb the stairs to the first level, and it won't be hard to notice the changes that have happened since you were here last summer. This inviting living space has comfy furnishings and a fireplace. Redesigned with wood flooring, the living area also offers a sofa bed and shelves filled with books waiting to be discovered.

Dine at the table while gazing at the sun setting on the Southern Tip of the Island. Additional dining chairs and bar stools are available for extra dinner guests. A well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze - Blues Breakers offers its guests a built-in microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender. Clean up is a snap - just rinse the dishes and load them into the dishwasher.

Walk outside and take in all the sights and sounds or lounge on the spacious deck. Complete with an outdoor table and chairs, this is the perfect place for an outdoor meal or watching the boats sail by on the Intracoastal Waterway. To save yourself from running up and down the stairs, there is a half bath on this level with a washer/dryer.

The loft is mid-way between the two levels. Comfortably tucked into a sunny corner, the loft area offers a brightly colored futon for younger guests to sleep on. For a change of scenery, take an afternoon nap up here, warmed by the sunlight.

Upstairs, you'll find the guest bedroom and a hallway bathroom. The primary bedroom offers an en suite bath and a peaceful retreat after spending the day under the Carolina sun.

Serenity Point offers its guests a swimming pool and private beach access. It is conveniently located a short distance to the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, fishing pier, shopping, and dining. Join a Topsail Beach tradition and visit the Beach Shop and Grill for a hamburger or beach dog. It will be an unforgettable experience. The kids will enjoy the close proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games.

• This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

• 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
