• Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
• The bunk room has a double-over-double bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath.
• The on-site casita may be occupied during your weekend stay. The casita is not accessible.
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: This home has four exterior cameras. One is looking down from the garage, one is on a tree facing the entry gate, one is on the casita and looks over the driveway, and one is facing the pickleball court.
