Sleek townhome w/patio - walk to amazing restaurants, breweries, trails & shops!

Discover a contemporary urban escape at this two-bedroom Northwest Portland townhouse, a luxurious property with a private patio and an unbeatable location close to restaurants and breweries.

You'll find this lofty, two-level space in the Q21 Building, a modern and elegant building in the Slabtown neighborhood of Northwest Portland. You'll be just a couple blocks from a New Seasons Market, a beloved outpost of Breakside Brewery, countless boutiques and cafes on NW 23rd Avenue, and an incredible selection of restaurants from St. Jack to Ataula.

The interior living space is bright and breezy, with a chic industrial design that makes creative use of glass, natural wood, and cement. Bask in the central AC on even the warmest of summer days, or open the glass doors to get the crisp evening breezes flowing throughout the space.

Begin each morning with a warm croissant from St. Honoré six blocks away and a cup of French-pressed or drip coffee in the full kitchen. This cool and compact space offers sleek appliances (including a dishwasher), an island with additional prep space, and an adjacent six-person dining table made from unrefined wood beams.

Grab a copy of the Willamette Week and head outdoors to the front patio, where you can watch the world go by from one of the two lounge chairs.

Spend your days hiking in Lower Macleay or Forest Parks, both of which can be accessed one mile west, and come home to refresh your hiking wardrobe in the private washer/dryer. If you're staying in for the evening, you'll have a flatscreen TV for catching your favorite movies.

Head upstairs to discover two queen bedrooms that are connected by a bridge-style walkway. You'll find French doors that let in the sunshine in the front bedroom, a small workspace next to the back bedroom, and a sofabed for additional sleeping space in the living room.

Whether you're a regular visitor to Portland or spending your first vacation in the Rose City, you'll be in the midst of an exciting, creative neighborhood in Slabtown. Shop for your groceries like a local at the New Seasons around the corner, taste Portland's most delicious IPA at Breakside Brewery, sample outstanding Spanish tapas and paella at Ataula, and sit down for a French bistro dinner at St. Jack.

Find the Wildwood Trail in Lower Macleay Park and follow the path to Pittock Mansion, where you can glimpse an incredible view of Portland and Mt. Hood. Just be sure to leave at least one afternoon to wander NW 23rd Avenue, stopping for a world-famous ice cream cone at Salt and Straw, a sugary treat or two at Blue Star Donuts, and a lovingly made espresso at Barista.

You'll be in the center of it all at this stylish Northwest Portland townhouse - book your unforgettable stay today!

Underground Covered parking - awesome.
Great style
Easy in/out process

This spotless condo had everything 2 adults and a teenage daughter needed for an in-city getaway. Although the design of the condo itself was great, the best part definitely was the location -- we could walk to the rose garden and Japanese garden, Powell's Bookstore, and loads of choices for takeout. Having the dedicated parking spot also was good for my peace of mind.

Staff gave us their phone number and texted back immediately. LOVED THIS! They were all so nice!! Parking garage, parking space, access from the street SUPER convenient which was very appreciated at Christmas time with all the presents/groceries, etc. Set up - open concept - perfect for family members with different likes/dislikes (TV watcher, Video gamer, visiting) allowing us all to be in the same space. VERY EASY check-in and check-out process! Best we've had!!

4 Star for us but we'll share privately with the owners as I'm sure they'll remedy our concerns prior to your stay!!

We loved our stay here. Everything you need is within walking distance, including Roots spa! We even took a Bird scooter around the city while we were there. It's a safe and modern area.
Michael L. Sep 2020
Loved the location, great part of the city to be in. Easy access to interstate and highways.

Just book it ,seriously the location is the best, the industrial loft like apartment and location combined was like being in soho but with the cool down to earth pdx vibes...the apartment was seriously awesomeness and the location with the front door leading to the streets of the cool neighborhood... parking right in front was seriously great...seriously there was a cheese store and about 4 awesome wine stores all on the same square block, restaurants were as soon as you stepped out the doors....
i felt like it was nyc with all the chic and cool conveniences but with the ultra cool pdx atmosphere.

We traveled to Portland as a family of 4 and enjoyed the townhouse in Nob Hill. We were very comfortable with the accommodations, being very well-equipped. We walked to great restaurants, bakeries, coffee houses, and grocery stores.
Jyl C. Dec 2018
The property was very clean and had everything needed during my stay.
Kaisa O. Nov 2018
This condo was beautiful and the location was perfect! It did have a few down falls as it is hard to access and understand if you don’t know the building. Overall though it was a great stay!
Emily C. Aug 2018
Lovely space but bring speakers for music!
Tami D. Jul 2018
This rental was very clean, great beds and linens. We only had two in our party, but would be great for four as well. We had issue with internet, was service provider issue, not the renter, however, they were very responsive and had a easy solution. Was quick and friendly help. Would stay here again in a second!
Joan K. Jul 2018
Can't say enough good things! Beautiful place, well maintained, interesting furnishing. Great game room and work out place. Awesome to have indoor parking. Grocery and great restaurants next door! Just be sure if you have late check in that you know what to do. After getting key in lobby lock box had to go outside and around the block.

I'm a Vacasa team member and stayed here for the week. It's a great new development so everything was new and was perfect for my stay. The walk into the Pearl District was just a few minutes. Has a great fitness facility in the building with a public Peloton for use there which was a nice surprise. Walking distance from really everything and some wonderful restaurants. Would have been an ideal spot to have my family join as well for the week.
Keith B. Jun 2018
I've stayed with Vacasa in this building previously and loved it. I was once again pleased with my stay with Vacasa at Q21. The townhouse was clean and well stocked, I'll be staying here again. It's in a great location.
Russ and Kay M. May 2018
Loved the easthetic of this apartment and the area. Very well done. Great beds snd linens. Being able to sit on the open patio and walk anywhere we wanted was great. Loved the courtyard on the 3rd floor and the gym and lounge were very nice. The only thing that was a little bothersome was how noise carried within the space. If someone was watching TV downstairs or making coffee you could hear it upstairs like they were in the room with you. The concrete and glass are nice but maybe a white noise machine upstairs and fabric wall pieces to absorb would help.
Dema H. May 2018
Gorgeous, fully stocked and beautiful
Lisa B. Apr 2018
Centrally located near shops, grocery and restaurants. The space was lovely, but the refrigerator made a loud buzzing noise, filling the space and the blinds did not roll up. Very little daylight could enter the upper floor. It would have been nice if there was a printed guide explain how to get to the weight room. Plenty of towels and very comfortable living room.
Manager response:
We had a technician inspect the refrigerator who states it's a slight, constant running noise that can only be gotten rid of by replacing the fridge. Since the refrigerator fully functions, we will not be replacing it at this time. The blinds have been repaired. The building has asked that we not disclose the weight room location unless guests have explicitly asked us. Thank you!

Recently took a family weekend in Portland. The area was perfect as we were going to see a trailblazers game, but even better was the proximity to great shops and restaurants all within comfortable walking distance. Great not to have to worry about driving- especially after our impromptu pool tournament up the street.
The interior was well laid out and cool. We had five people and it didn’t feel cramped at all. Good fitness room and games room as well.
Definitely, two thumbs up!!!
Darrin M. Feb 2018
This place fit our needs for business trip. Having the bedrooms upstairs made it convenient to be downstairs late at night or early in the morning to start work. It was great that we each had our own bedroom/bath.Note that one of the full baths is not located in the other bedroom, if that would matter to you. The large dining table was perfect to spread out and work. The kitchen was well stocked; it was a nice touch having mugs in the freezer. We also used the fitness center. Please note that at this time, there is construction going on in the building. By 8am the construction team was in full mode. And being at the end unit, they were basically right next door. It was a bit distracting while working, but mostly was able to tune them out. Having said that, the place is great! Very happy we stayed and will be back.
Sabrina A. Feb 2018
A wonderful location in Nob Hill area. Shopping, breweries, coffee and restaurants all just steps away. This home was truly a home away from home. Everything you need to be a hip local.
Janice B. Jan 2018
Great place to stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and many things very close by car.
Laura W. Nov 2017
Super convenient place to stay when working (or visiting) Portland. Easy walking to so many things (Restaurants, shops, coffee, etc) and very safe property. Found it very handy for sharing. If you are working to keep costs down (whether for business travel or pleasure), this unit is set up perfectly for sharing. No shared bathrooms and bedrooms on opposite sides of the building. Super convenient, would do it again in a heartbeat.
Amber R. Oct 2017
A must stay - modern clean - conveiniently located to anything you could want.
Dustin C. Oct 2017
Comfortable beds/quite for a great nights sleep. Nice Condos. Will stay here again when traveling to Portland.
Zac M. Sep 2017
This condo is in an incredible spot in NW Portland. Right across the street from New Seasons, a couple blocks from NW 23rd and convenient to the Pearl. Having access to the gym in the Q21 building was definitely a plus!
Eric B. Sep 2017
It's harder to imagine a better location! We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It's on the corner of Quimby & 21st, in the NW Alphabet District.

The concrete catwalk connecting the two bedrooms upstairs is an incredibly cool design feature.
Marni D. Jul 2017
This townhome was perfect! It's modern, clean, well decorated, walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars, and shops). Includes washer/dryer, hair dryers, irons, large closets, and a fully stocked kitchen (minus food items). The parking spot in the garage was a lovely surprise and made a big difference. I would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.
