Birchwood: Bay View has a magnificent view of Lake Michigan looking toward Charlevoix. This home is in an extremely quiet community but is only minutes from downtown Harbor Springs, with great restaurants, shopping a small beach and a marina. It's also close to Petosky, Bay Harbor and Charlevoix with lots of festivals and events to enjoy. The home is older and definitely has an "up north" feel but is well-maintained and very clean. Upon arrival we were notified of a problem with the refrigerator, but the owner had already arranged for a new one to be delivered. The Vacasa property manager was onsite during delivery to ensure everything went smoothly. We took advantage of the Birchwood Country Club - pool, golf and restaurants. If you're a golfer, you have to try the Woods course. The views are absolutely stunning! The service and food at the grill restaurant was even better than the in-town restaurants. Overall, we loved staying here! The home, the golf, the restaurant, the property manager and even the neighbors were exceptional.

Comfortable home! Enjoyed the open concept for gathering. Great access to bike & hiking trails. Put group enjoyed golfing, bocce & pickleball while we were there. Fireplace w/ gas started for real logs was easy to use and great for the surprisingly cooler temps while we were there! Everything was well labeled for ease of use throughout. Would stay again👍🏻
