Blackout curtains would be a good investment. The sun comes in very bright, making it hard to sleep and warms up the house. A bigger trashcan in the kitchen would also be very helpful (small one isn't enough for any group size). A hand towel in the half-bath should be provided. The ceiling Fan in the master bedroom needs new pulls. Also, rewiring the the light switch so the lights and fan can run separately would be a great improvement. Also noticed the airducts were built up with dust. Probably need to consider getting them cleaned. Otherwise, the place accommodated 8 people comfortably, was clean, and had good beds. Very pretty, quiet, and convenient location. The community pool was right behind the house and was very nice. Check-in/out was a breeze.
