The view from living quarters was best thing about place. We used to place for our fishing trip and the shower side jets in the main bathroom was a plus after a day or a night of fishing.
Real roomy, slept 12 but we only had 8 people. Owner could probably increase to 15-18 if wanted to.
Smooth experience, got code 24hrs before check in, essentials provided and everything was in order no need for any additional customer service.
At the time of booking this place was best location/view at that price point, place is hard to beat, everyone wants to back next year.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. The door lock appears to be broken and was hard to figure out at first and has a long code to remember each time. We would have appreciated more seating in the living areas. An extra chair or 2 would make is more comfortable and there is room to add those. The kitchen is NOT well stocked. There are no large frying pans and the pans that were there, had flaking tephlon coating and were unusable. Now days, renters should not have to bring their own pots and pans! Overall is is a great place to stay. It is so close to the beach and harbor.

This is a very spacious house with all the essentials covered. The location is great and waking up to those ocean views never disappoints. Beds & bedding are clean and comfortable. Kitchen has all essentials, but limited spices for guest use. Would have been helpful to have a high chair & baby gate for stairs available. It looks like it’s due for a deep clean and attention to some of the finer detail but overall great stay and we will be back.
