Great location with beach access. The decor in the condo was beautiful and the beds are very comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It had great views of the ocean. The exterior of the complex needs some work done to it to make it more appealing to look at. The parking spaces were a little tight.

The renovations done to this condo are very nice. It does give you a beachy cottage feeling. The kitchen is loaded with more than enough dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, etc. You also have a Keurig or a Mr. Coffee maker. The two gray-in-color chairs are swiveling gliders - which was a nice surprise. You sink into the cozy couch when sitting on it. We didn't use the sofa sleeper, so no comments on that. The king size bed felt like it had memory foam in it. I slept in the bottom bunk. It wasn't a high-end twin mattress, but it wasn't horrible. I like a plush mattress and this was firm. It's all in your personal preference when it comes to beds. I would say the top bunk is geared for a child, but yet, there should be definitely more of a safety railing added to it if its purpose is for children. None of us are familiar with Roku TVs, so it took a while to understand how to use it. Not sure if we could watch local channels, but we couldn't figure out how to access them. The panoramic view of Eastern Lake and the beach is stunning. I've stayed at many other condos and hotels on the Emerald Coast, and this condo has the best view. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood off of 30A. Granted we stayed in January, the beach traffic was next to nothing. You had the entire beach to yourself. Loved the high-top table and chairs on the balcony. You could see over the rail instead of through the rail. I would definitely stay here again. It would be perfect for a girls' getaway. Geraldine at Vacasa was SO helpful and accommodating. Vacasa checked in often to see if anything was needed. They have an office a couple of blocks away, if needed. They provide you with laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, along with hand soap, and bottles of shampoo, condition and bath gel. Besides the safety railing on the top bunk, I would recommend putting some kind of stopper on the end of the barn door to the bathroom. If opened a little too much, it would get off track.
