The Cottages at Pacific Beach Vacation Rentals

We loved staying at the Periwinkle! From the moment we drive up, this place felt safe and comfortable. It is located in a nice, comfortable neighborhood in Pacific Beach. Very quiet and near nature but not isolated - a good balance. Very close to the beach park. A coffee shop is about a block away around the corner. Sweet cottage, cozy and good size for us (two people). Lovely big windows and ocean view from the dining table. Lots of light in the main room, even in winter. Bed and mattress were comfortable. I appreciated the fireplace and all the little things including sea salt grinder and pepper grinder stocked in the kitchen. Note: New ownership, looks like they have addressed the issues from some previous reviews.

It was decorated with beach themed art and was less than 5 minutes from the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. It was nice to sit in front of the fireplace and watch TV during a rainstorm.

Plenty of room for my wife and I, out two kids and two dogs in this townhouse with an ocean view. The unit was stocked with everything we needed and more including board games, puzzles and an assortment of DVDs for the rainy days. We were very pleased with the ease of reservations, accommodations, and location of the unit.
