The home is in a very nice neighborhood. Even though it is on a hill, we had no trouble walking into La Jolla and the beach. A good home for the price we paid.

A lot of positives: Very large home with 5 bedrooms and multiple bathrooms Great location and views Awesome back terrace with lots of room and seating Quirky and charming furniture and decor Nice centrally located kitchen Lots of towels Some negatives: It appears to be a rather older house that has not been all that well maintained. Overall run down shingles, siding, and interior fittings. Not by any means a deal killer. The actual living surfaces and furniture was clean. The owners have left a lot of junk all over the place, in drawers and cabinets and behind curtains. It almost appears as if they just left for the weekend and rented it out. Cookware is old and worn down. Not great for serious cooking. Overall, good deal for the price.
