Everything about this condo was amazing. Will be staying again for sure. We have stayed at Pali Ke Kua before but this was our favorite condo thus far. Perfect room for our family. Beds were comfortable. And of course the view was outstanding.

The direct sunset view over the water is a difference-maker - just stunning! We made sure we were there to view the sunset every night of our 4-night stay. The property is in an amazing location in Princeville. We went down to the beach via their private community path (quite steep!) and it was great - not really a better beach than Nextdoor, publicly-accessible, Hideaway beach, but nice due to fewer people who can access. We were 2 couples so the 2 beds each with their own bath setup is great. Parking was easy and there’s a hose by the parking to rinse off. Plenty of beach toys - we used the cooler, chairs, snorkel gear, and noodles. We didn’t feel the apartment was very clean overall though, and that would affect our decision to come back. The host was helpful and did respond by replacing some stained towels. The sofa feels old and should be replaced, the balcony furniture is in just ok condition but the chairs aren’t that comfortable. There was all the kitchen utensils and basic cooking stuff you need, plus a Brita water filter. It’s mostly all about the view here, and it is a glorious view.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this unit—perfect for exploring the north side of the island. The location couldn’t be better! There’s a pizza place just a 3-minute walk away, which was super convenient, especially since it stays open until 10pm (later than most places on the island). Foodland is just a 7-minute drive for groceries and essentials. You can walk to Hideaway Beach from the unit—just be aware that the path is quite steep, so pack light and wear good shoes. There’s also a steep walkway next to Building One that leads to a lookout point for residents only. We also took the shuttle to Hā‘ena State Park and used the Princeville stop, which is about a 15-minute walk. The best part? The shuttle driver dropped us off right at the unit on the way back! The unit itself is spacious and perfect for couples. It was just my husband and me, and we felt like we had plenty of room to relax. One of my favorite parts of the trip was watching the sunset every night from the property—it was truly beautiful. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking to enjoy the north shore in comfort and convenience!
