Staying here was like being in Eden. We picked lemons and limes from trees in the yard to enjoy as lemonade and cocktails; we soaked in the hot tub, grilled out, played tennis, and generally enjoyed ourselves. It was a bit confusing because the national Vacasa was different from the local, and the former did not know too much about the house, but the locals couldn’t’ve been more helpful and responsive,

My family of 5 had a great time at this home. Plenty of room for everyone, kitchen was amazing, location was close to everything we wanted to do - zoo, safari park, ocean. The property manager was proactive with a small item and when we had an issue he was there to fix it within an hour. We highly recommend this home

Great location and price. Definitely down market and basic; not luxury. Four bedrooms only two rooms with dressers. Living out of a suitcase and closet for four weeks was not fun. Had to have stuff scattered around the room. Called management a month before the visit but they refused to budge on providing two more dressers. Management forgot to turn on the furnace so was very cold first night. Managed to find space heaters and made it through. A guy came at noon the next day and took him two minutes to turn on the heating. Funny thing is I called management a month before my arrival to warn them to insure that the heat was on when we arrived! Kitchen is real nice although lacks some basics like a frying pan. All on one floor and has 3 pretty good bathrooms. Parking for 3 or even 4 cars! Nice sunny front patio and a nice rear patio. All in all you will enjoy staying here but expect some glitches. But the price is right!
