The room was clean and warm (we went in the winter), there is a nice view of the ocean and it's a like two minute walk into the little downtown area of Yachats. There wasn't really a kitchen so don't plan on keeping a lot of food or prepping a lot of food there.

Love the view. Bed was comfy. Has kitchenette which is handy. And I loved that there was a Kuerig and an old school coffee maker. I never have luck with Kuerigs. Besides having trouble with th TV, my only other complaint(s) would be thin walls. Once another party settled next door, I had to hear teenagers, until 10PM. Then they were quiet. And another complaint would be the parking area. There's a big divet right at the edge, and my car bottomed out once. Have to be careful.
