Overall the house was an "ok" place to stay. There are some things that need improvement such as a few more cookware pans, storage plastic containers, pair of scissors, mixing bowls. Also - we encountered some items needing attention before they break such as dining room chairs seats loose, table top shuffle board doesn't work properly (older and needs maintenance) the fusball table had broken handle we had to try and temporarily repair. To the home owner-sliding doors and windows will need upgrading/replaced in the next few years, they don't open easily, some missing screens, doors tracks are bent up and hard to open/close. Furniture is old and uncomfortable in the living room. Pool bricks are cracked and broken and pool screen door is broken. But overall - we were happy with the accommodations due to the great location. Would I stay at the same house again - probably not, would try another house and hope newer updates were done. The neighborhood was really nice and even some of the neighbors were very friendly. great neighborhood for the family. A school park was very close (Tennis, soccer, pickleball, etc.).

Comfortable layout. The hot water tank runs out quite quickly and the refrigerator ice machine and filtered water didn't work. Also the primary bathroom shower leaks onto the floor and the toilet in the primary bath splashes whatever is in the toilet back up at you when you flush. The bunk bed sheets were not clean upon arrival ... had cracker crumbs in them and smelled of urine.
