This property is nicer in person than pictures. I think the furniture and decorations might be updated, no more red rainbow stripes. It was very pretty, the only thing it lacks is a table for eating, puzzles and board games. However, there is a table on the spacious deck but not enough light outside at night for puzzles. The location is perfect!! You have an unobstructed view of the ocean and can hear the waves. There is a walkway to the beach right across the street and it’s a less than 2-5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants… which is perfect since it can be hard to find parking in Folly otherwise for dinner. Highly recommend this property.

Take a stroll to the gazebo at the end of this 1,045-foot pier for some of the best Folly Beach views at the “Edge of America.” In season, you can also enjoy live music and beachfront dining on the deck at Pier 101 Restaurant & Bar.

Your Pavilion Watch Villas rental is also convenient to Center Street half a block away. Along this main thoroughfare you’ll find fro-yo shops, pizza parlors, and seafood shacks, plus a handful of bars, all within walking distance of your Folly Beach vacation rental.
