And great view! Unit has well equipped kitchen (mostly great stainless pans not scratched up Teflon) and very firm mattresses in bedrooms. But shorter persons will need a step stool to climb into the bed in the master.

Take a stroll to the gazebo at the end of this 1,045-foot pier for some of the best Folly Beach views at the “Edge of America.” In season, you can also enjoy live music and beachfront dining on the deck at Pier 101 Restaurant & Bar.

Your Pavilion Watch Villas rental is also convenient to Center Street half a block away. Along this main thoroughfare you’ll find fro-yo shops, pizza parlors, and seafood shacks, plus a handful of bars, all within walking distance of your Folly Beach vacation rental. There are also bike rentals, beach stores and surf shops near Pavilion Watch Villas.
