Balcony does not have a gulf view, it looks over the swamp witch was also a nice view... really great sunsets. I only noticed that after I booked it that it was not a gulf view, but it was not a deal breaker. Mainly picked this one because of the lazy river and it was good. Not walking distance from shops etc like it mentions in the descriptor. This is the very last building along Perdido blvd toward the undeveloped side. The apt was spacious, had plenty of bathrooms, was comfortable for the 6 people we had. IDK that there was seating for 12, but it was enough that we could all watch a movie together. The kitchen was standardly equipped we managed with what was there, we cook on vacation and always bring extra kitchen stuff to accommodate out needs.

This was our first time as a family staying at a high-rise in Orange Beach. We were absolutely blown away at the property. This was the first time where the pictures didn't do it justice. We had four adults and two children and we never felt on top of each other, the furniture was in great shape and super comfortable. The amenities at the resort were also great. 10/10 will book at this place again.
