We enjoyed our stay at Kingsport Retreat. It was awesome having so much room since it was a multi-day stay over Christmas. The owner was very gracious to make sure we had all we needed during our stay. Very well maintained and clean. Since it was over Christmas, the owner even tastefully decorated the common areas for the holiday. Very nice touch.

Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We loved the kitchen/living room layout for socializing and the boys enjoyed staying in the loft. This chalet fit 5 adults and 2 boys perfectly! Our Titans 12U travel ball team played at Domtar Park and this chalet was a nice retreat from the sweltering heat at the fields. The dad/coaches also took a trip to the casino in Bristol which was just a 30 minute drive. Their advice for the roulette table is to pick "red 7." We always enjoy coming to Kingsport to play baseball and will definitely stay here again in the future. P.S.: Our team won the USSSA 12U Tenn. World Series going undefeated! Perfect weekend!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family to enjoy time with relatives we’ve not seen for a while! I rented because my son whom Resides in Kingsport was getting married! I needed a place family could drop in for a quick bite and visit between other activities! Worked like a charm. Great residence for people with little kids! The outside playhouse was quite a hit! Yard is fenced and beautiful! Feeding the gold fish at the pond was quite the experience for the little ones too! There wasn’t a thing missing to prepare meals, serve or grill! The beds were so comfortable! This is something we have not been so lucky with in the past when renting! The bunk room was perfect for just kids or a small family that needed to be close to their kiddos and still have a nice place to sleep themselves! The property was very clean and comfortable! My son that lives in the area has a home maintenance business and he said the quality of the home was exceptional! Obviously been cared for! The neighborhood was quiet and the houses were not on top each other! Picturesque in all directions! I hope we will have the opportunity to rent this house again in the future!!
