Recent Villages at Ocean Hill - Outer Banks guest reviews

Plenty of space in all living areas and bedrooms. The home is adequately maintained with properly working utilities and good amount of hot water from a 80 gallon hot water heater. Prepare for a good workout while using the stairs between the first floor entry, second floor bedrooms, and third floor kitchen, living, and dining room. The kitchen is supplied with an adequate utensils, pots, pan, etc to cook anything imaginable. I would only recommend bringing some aluminum foil. The closets have plenty of surf toys such as childs boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella. There are outdoor water hoses for easy sand cleanup on the concrete driveway and carport area. I would say that there is only parking for four vehicles, not six as listed. Only negative was an unpleasant odor noted in first floor entry room that was noticable in the bedrooms or living area. I would recommend without reservation.
