This house was great. You can't beat the location and the size! Sleeps 12+, all super comfortable and pretty new beds. 2 large bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The back deck was our hangout spot. There was a unlisted bonus room attached to the master with games and a tv for the kids to hang out in our have your morning coffee in peace. You can swim off the back deck (it's deeper on this part of the river, but super slow moving... so still fun). The city exit is just 2 properties over so you wont get "swept away". We walked to Schlitterbaun, it's literally directly in front of the property. The pizza place attached was perfect for dinner. The back deck has access to the river for the apartments in front, but this was not an issue at all! We only saw 2 people all week. We vacation in New Braunfels almost every year, and this was one of the best we've stayed in.

Positives on almost everything! Just be careful getting in and out of the river. Swim ladder needs a platform to step on. Exterior and gutters could use a good cleaning so you don’t have bugs/ants after a hard rain. Otherwise, everything you need is there. Clean house, good WiFi, and walking distance to the water park. Only one bedroom has a TV, but that makes a good reason to socialize I guess. 4 cars max for parking. The pizza place next door is a great bonus too.
