Everything about this property was amazing. The rooms are all so big and there are so many full bedrooms all over the house. The host of the home was the best host I had ever felt with with home rentals, so nice, cooperative, and fast replys. You won’t ever have anything to complain about staying in this beautiful home right by the beach.

This house is very well laid out! Nice large rooms, lots of windows, right on the beach, amazing decks and hot tub! The beach is great. Access is easy, right next to the house. This house could use a few updates, but overall, we were thrilled with our vacation! In fact, I have already booked it again. Every room has an ocean view. The dining room is amazing. There is a nook room with a table that we spent a lot of time doing puzzles on. 4 of the 6 bedrooms have decks. The water pressure was great and the beds were comfortable. The location is fantastic. Grocery and other stores within a mile. The beach is flat and spacious. A few tips: The lawn is not mowed. Don't go on the lawn. Bring beach chairs. There are plenty of deck chairs. The kitchen is well stocked. Wine and coffee cups were too small. :) Bring larger ones if you want! The glass shower door did come off the track the first time I used it, but once I saw what was happening, it was easy to prevent and the doors slide better than most I've seen. There is a nice new gas grill. The hot tub was awesome!

We loved the layout of the house and the views. WONDERFUL. It has the normal cleanliness of rentals homes at the beach. Very clean at first glance. Just don't look deeper. Plenty of towels, clean linens, bedspread, and blankets in the closets. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. But it didn't have any 9x13s or hot pads that we could find. And for feeding a bigger group, a second large pot would've been nice. Loved the layout of the house. Rooms are separated nicely and plenty of bathrooms. Great views from 4 of the bedrooms. Could lay in bed and enjoy the sunrise. The internet was mediocre. And the wifi range as well. I tried to do a little work from the highest area in the house. a wonderful loft with great views. The wifi range reached barely, and if the kids used the internet, it was worthless to me. I ended up using my cell hotspot to work. We also had some buffering on the TV while streaming a movie the one evening. Didn't ruin our trip. But definitely could've been better. Only 3 TVs in the entire place. Which was fine for us. The main TV had google chromecast built in. Nice plus. But it isn't that big for the size of the room.
