We don't normally complain, but the only real issue is that we had a difficult time with getting the door code. By the way, we received a text that we could check in early, but didn't get there until about 4:45. When we first arrived, the door was wide open and a construction worker came walking out. No numbers on the doors. I closed the door to see if the only code I received which was the gate code was also my room code because no other code was never sent. The construction worker gave me his code to get in. Huge ordeal for the first hour. I called Vacasa. Spoke with 3 different people from Vacasa. The first one was clueless and told me the code was the same as the gate code which it was not. Second person gave me a 10-digit code which I knew would not work. Third person finally got me the correct code, but that was after she spoke with a manager. The condo was beautiful. Amazing view and was very clean. Suggestions: The main bedroom mattress sinks in on the right side. I'm 165 and my left arm was above my heart to give you an idea. Washing machine takes well over an hour to wash one load of laundry. It would be nice to have hand soaps for the bathrooms. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here and I would absolutely stay here again.

The unit itself is nice, good location and nice furnishings. However construction in the complex was supposed to be finished in March but isn't so there are dumpsters, trailers, materials, etc taking up parking places as well as the contractors trucks and vans.
