Where is Playa Potrero?

Playa Potrero is located in the Guanacaste province in northwestern Costa Rica, right in the center of Costa Rica's most popular beach region. Playa Potrero sits on the calm blue waters of Potrero Bay and there are dozens of other beaches nearby, from the highly developed white sands of Playa Flamingo to more remote beaches which can only be accessed by boat, horseback, or four-wheel drive. The Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport outside of Liberia is about 25 miles away.
