The hotel was great. The pool was beautiful and there was almost no one there. So we felt alone.
On the other hand, there is not much to do on foot. So, you definitely need to have a rental car. The small road to get to the apartment is not maintained and the potholes are huge. It takes about 20 minutes of very difficult driving from the main road. There are no restaurants other than in the surrounding hotels, no grocery stores either, so we are a little isolated.
Then, the beach is neither usable nor maintained. Which is a bit disappointing.
In short, the apartment was very good, but the location was not great. You have to plan outings and meals.

Perfect if you are looking for a quiet place not too far from Tulum. I recommend renting a 4x4 to get there. The access road is in poor condition

We really liked the new, modern and beautiful interior. The complex itself is lovingly designed and well maintained.
The negative point is the unpaved access road with countless deep potholes (it takes 25 minutes and nerves to drive around 3km).
The air conditioning didn't work properly and was not repaired during our stay despite repeated requests.
In the outdoor area of the complex there are seating and lounge areas that look nice but were mostly unusable because they weren't brought inside when it rained
