Ont a beaucoup aimé mais plusieurs choses à améliorer Code de la porte pas fonctionnelle attendu 2:30 pour nouveau code / pas d’ eau chaude pendant 3 hrs plus de pile pour le réservoir/ et attendu 48 hrs pour recevoir une clé pour ouvrir le coffret de sûreté pcq la pile ne fonctionnait pas Donc 48 hrs sans notre argent ni carrure de crédit Ont a du canceller deux activités de prévue pour ça . Donc faudrait bien vérifier tout ça quand des clients arrivent , pcq c’ est très frustrant. Merci

The pictures do not do this house justice. Huge house, right on the water, and a pool! Each room has its own bathroom and they are all large and well furnished. A/c in every room and in the common areas was a must for us and this house also has that. If you have a large group that wants a beachfront vacation, this is it. We will come back here!

Where is Playacar?

Playacar holds its own amidst the state of Quintana Roo's world-famous vacation destinations. Two areas compose Playacar: Phase One, a mostly residential section; and Phase Two, home to several resorts, a golf course, and other tourist attractions. Bustling Playa Del Carmen's beaches and nightlife are just north up the coast.
