This is a nice, open, spacious place in a good neighborhood. It was clean, and having the Seed downstairs was a nice surprise. Also recommend Mais Arepas - oh my gosh we were surprised with that amazing little place. Really enjoyed our weekend here.

Went away with some girlfriends for a quick weekend getaway. The place was clean, spacious, and quiet. Bourbon Street is just an easy streetcar ride away. We also recommend Seed, the restaurant in the same building. The people there were so nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

A block away from the St. Charles Streetcar and just minutes from Downtown and the French Quarter. Clean, roomy, affordable and very comfortable! We loved it!

New Orleans was the last stop on a 7 southern state road trip and this was the perfect last stop apartment. The apartment was great for getting around, we used the streetcar each day. The unit is beautiful and comfy, we loved it. I would only say that if you have mobility issues this is not the place to stay. Hauling suitcases up the stairs was fine for us but could be a problem for others.

I loved everything about the unit that we stayed in. It was neat and spacious enough for the 4 of us. It was exactly as the pictures depicted it to be. Parking was not an issue. One tiny little though.....there was no broom! You really need a broom.
