Best Condo at Seasons w/ rare access from Lanai

Residence 131 is one of only two condos in the entire Seasons complex that has direct access to the grounds from the lanai. Directly out the lanai gate and down the steps is the barbecue, the grass, the beach, and the marina - and let's not forget the hot tub and pool! No hollering back up to the condo to throw down the forgotten spices or corkscrew. Let the kids come and go, and keep an eye on them from the lanai without having to play escort to and from the front of the condo.

The kitchen is well equipped, from Riedel wine glasses to Henckels cutlery, with contemporary styling and art, the condo is comfortably inviting. Being an end unit, it has additional windows that allow for more natural light and cross ventilation. There is a deep pocket king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom (both appointed with down comforters), and a couch in the living room that folds out into a real queen bed. No lumpy mattress and bars cramping your back. Just retrieve the bedding from the jumbo storage cocktail ottoman, then roll it aside to open the sofabed. This condo also has a washer/dryer, access to an underground parking garage, free WiFi, cable TV, a 55-inch Smart LED TV with home theater surround-sound and a DVD/MP3/iPod/iPhone player hookup in the living room, a 37-inch HDTV with a DVD player in the master, and a 24-inch TV with a DVD player in the second bedroom. The oversize recliner invites you to sit back and relax - and we invite you to stay and enjoy!

What's nearby:
Residence 131 is near the beginning of the complex, closest to the short walk to downtown Sandpoint, restaurants, galleries, and the famed City Beach. Lake Pend Oreille is literally right outside! The marina offers boat slip rentals for your days of fishing and waterskiing, and you are already in downtown Sandpoint to enjoy all the restaurants. The nearby mountains offer beautiful hiking trails for the outdoorsy types, and there is even horseback riding available through Mountain Horse Adventures. When the lake freezes over, you'll be a short drive from the lifts at Schweitzer Mountain Resort.

The condo is beautiful with a wonderful view of the lake. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I love the Sandpointe area. I stayed for 2 nights and loved it.
My only request is that on the website you make it more obvious what the actual final cost would be. I booked for $502 for two nights. The actual cost was $918 after taxes, cleaning fees and administrative fees. That's 82% higher than quoted. Wow!!
Manager response:
We are sorry to hear that you felt unaware of the fees when you booked your stay with us. A full breakdown of those fees can be found throughout the reservation process when you book directly through We encourage guests with any questions regarding our fees to reach out to our 24/7 Guest Service Line.

Loved that we could walk out the balcony and directly down to the beach and pool

Excellent location on the beach near downtown. Spacious, nicely furnished condo close to the beach and pool. Area has lots to do. Particularly liked hikes to the many local waterfalls. Only negative is location next to busy railroad tracks. Bring earplugs! Otherwise, a relaxing week in a nice condo in a well located complex.

We spent three weeks in this condo in January 2016. It's about 10 minutes from the Red Barn parking lot where you catch the shuttle bus up to Schweitzer Mountain. It is a great location to walk to the dining and entertainment in downtown Sandpoint. I liked the easy walk from this unit to the great hot tub which I used every day. The condo is nicely furnished and we loved the heated parking.

This condo was very clean and well-appointed. I am an interior designer and usually disappointed with the typical decor that goes into these types of rentals, but this was tastefully decorated. It was very comfortable with lots of space. Another added bonus is that it is one of the few condos here that you can walk directly from the back porch to the pool area. We have stayed in these condos several times and this one was my favorite! It's only 40 minutes from Schweitzer which works out great for us. . . sleep in a little and then get the half-day pass that allows us to ski 12:30-7pm (weekend and holidays). And I would bet it would be great in the summer being right on the lake with a dock (beautiful view included). I have heard from locals that the spa is great too . . .I will try that out our next visit.

This is an amazing condo in a perfect location. We stayed here with our 2 young children. The beach and pool were just steps away. We used the outdoor grill also, and enjoyed eating dinner on the balcony. We walked on the nature trail along the lake just steps away also. We never used our car - downtown was just a short and easy walk from the condo (even with kids). The property is impeccable and this condo far exceeded our expectations!

We've stayed at Seasons before and this was another great condo. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed here in late July 2015. The condo couldn't have suited our group better. The location was excellent as the outdoor stairs are literally right outside the patio door. The unit itself is very well appointed with a higher end finish out, granite, updated appliances, etc. . linens and beds were great, comfortable and clean. The unit is very large, and had plenty of space for our group of 6 (4adults and young children 11 and younger). We mad use of the pullout sofa which was comfy too. The location of the condo complex unit itself was terrific. There is a path at the North end of the complex that leads to a trail that winds around the lake, great morning run/walk. The lake is great but having a pool was perfect for us. It's close to town, no problem walking or it's a short drive but you'll wish you had walked. We travel quite a bit, and this place is a great value and is a double thumbs up!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo, everything was perfect. The staff was incredible, easy access to boating, beaches, downtown and the pool. The suite exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved the restaurants downtown as well, amazing selection, fabulous food.
