This was a great place that me and my friends stayed in. We had a wonderful time and Ms. Laurie showed us great southern hospitality. She responded very quickly to any questions I asked and made sure everything was ok for us... Most definitely would stay here again!

We were relocated due to hurricane Laura! This property made us feel at home and we were able to breath while planning our next steps! Beautiful and beautiful people!

It was okay

Great space for a great price! The house is on a busy thoroughfare but it's off the street enough to where it's not a big issue. Otherwise, great area and accessible to many parts of the city.

I rented this shotgun home for four days, three nights for three guests. First, Niko was a fantastic host. He was responsive, patient, and extremely helpful. Through no fault of his own, the WiFi in the property was out of commission for most of our stay. Niko kept us updated about fixing the issue, reassured us that it did not affect the property's security and comfort, and even offered us a discount due to the inconvenience. I couldn't have asked for a better host. Happily, the WiFi was repaired before we left and it was quite strong, which is always a good thing. Second, the place was VERY clean. In the time of the rona, I know this is a huge concern for everyone. We were all very comfortable with the sanitation. Third, the location was lovely. It was on a Main Street, a fairly busy one, which might concern some people, but the neighborhood itself is very quiet and I was able to park my car on a side street with no issue. There's a Super Walmart less than five minutes' drive on the same road, and lots of nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. The house itself has thin walls, but that personally didn't bother me and our neighbors were fine. Finally, the house itself is super cute. We didn't lack for anything, and the water was ALWAYS hot, no matter how many showers in a row were had. There's a big backyard and a good sized porch, which are always nice. I'd definitely choose this property or any of Niko's others when I visit New Orleans again.

Overall a great stay...sketchy neighborhood. House next door was run down and very trashy, literally...parking was okay....once inside the house was clean and I felt safe and secure...would consider staying again.

Location is very central of you know the city. Some of the houses next too the property look a little sketch, but i would venture to say it's pretty safe on this block. Close to food/downtown/stores. It's good a spot for someone not looking for extravagant. But it is a shotgun home. Something definitely more open on the layout. So venturing in others rooms is a thing. And it's close by the river so water bugs are a thing. Located more in the back of the house. Not an infestation! I'm from the south and live in New Orleans, so i expect it. Just an FYI for others who are not used to Louisiana. Overall would stay again. It's a cute place
