Pros: parking space is spacious, elevator close by from the room & parking garage. Lots of kitchen ware (pots, pans, measuring cups, glasses, plates, bowls, coffee maker, humidifier, dishwashing soap & sponge, dishwasher soap, paper towels, trash bags) Bathroom sink and cabinet/mirror is separated by a lockable door from the toilet & shower. There's no fan in the shower room. They supply travel size shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, tissues, a straighter & plenty of towels & toilet paper. The living room has a nice balcony view, rocking chair, comfy couch, dining table, hardwood floors, fireplace. Bedroom has comfy big queen bed, plenty of pillows & blankets, charger outlets, heaters in the bedroom & 3 in the living room. The cons: it's about a 1/2mi walk to the eagle lodge lifts uphill, the fire wood & fire starter provided wasn't enough to up hold a fire for more than 30min. All the fire wood was outside under the snow on the balcony, the shower head is sitting at 5'4"so if you're any taller than that, you'll feel like Will Ferrell in that shower scene from the movie Elf. Good luck getting the TV in the bedroom to work, connection was too far away. The living room TV has Netflix connection but no cable connection would work. Sign up for Netflix so you have something to watch. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit has been updated with new flooring and was very nice . It’s in the furthest Summit building - but close enough to walk to eagle . We enjoyed our stay with 2 kids , good new sofa bed .

We would stay here again. Based on recent reviews, we were most concerned about the dirty carpets because we were bringing a 9 month old. Turns out they replaced the carpets with hardwood floors, so this wasn't a problem! It's not a luxury place, but it was clean, comfy and cozy.
Walking distance to Eagle Lodge wasn't a problem for us, but I can see how some people might think it's too far. There were a lot of people parking further down the street and walking past this unit to get to Eagle. Based on my experience with this place, and with other places I've stayed in Mammoth is that it's far, but not too far to walk. Like 2-3 blocks.
We didn't use the jacuzzi or laundry, so not sure on those. But the elevator works and was pretty useful for the stroller.

Myself, husband and dog decided on the Summit as we thought we would be able to ski at Eagle lift, but it was closed. However, it was within walking distance, which would be a plus during ski season. It was the perfect size and had everything we needed and good location. Only downside was we could hear the person upstairs walking around, especially at night but they seemed to be an early to bed person, so that worked out ok. All in all, great stay and location.

We enjoyed our stay in the Summit 210. The place was very clean and well appointed. Parking in the garage was a plus as was the location - right near Eagle Lodge. The master bedroom bed is not the most comfy but it is definitely OK. The facility was very quiet; on;y heard neighbors one time over three days.

This condo is in The Summit complex, however, it is in the furthest building (Ansel Adams building) from the Eagle Lift. To walk to the lifts in ski boots and carrying skis is not realistic due to distance and grade. We drove up and parked the car in the lot. When we stayed here (Mar 18) the condo was for sale and it does not appear that the owners intend to put any in upgrades/repairs at this point. The couch is a pull-out sofa and the cushions/support have/has collapsed rendering it very uncomfortable. The porch had a stack firewood, however, there was 2-3 feet of snow on the porch that covered the stack so it was not accessible or usable. Large shelf in refrigerator was broken. Hearth was cracked. TVs, internet, hot water and bed were fine. Bottomline - If we had it to over again, we'd pay more and stay closer to the Eagle lift, in a room in better shape for a bit more money.
The Summit is a large complex, and it can be too far for some to walk to the lifts. We are glad to see this guest could utilize the convenience of the parking lot. With a snowstorm comes the possibility of finding the firewood under snow. We are always a phone call away and can come to help clear the snow. A new refrigerator shelf has been ordered. The hearth has been cracked for years; the piece of rock is stable and attached with cement. Thanks!

Wonderful location in Mammoth; close to town whether driving or walking. Decor quite nice and felt new; bedding perfect. Very comfortable and felt like we stayed at a friend's home.

We enjoyed Mammoth and made it for the few weeks the leaves were just turning. Got some great shots and had a lovely time as it really was off-season for the area.

This condo was perfect for us and our two dogs. It's a good location and comfortable. The carpet does have stains but it's dog friendly so it's kind of to be expected. The bedroom was comfy and I love that it was a king bed as it seems like a lot of units have queen. The bathroom was fine. The shower head is low. I am 5'6" and had to lean back to get under. The kitchen is small but very functional. We ate out a lot anyway. There is a pool, tennis, spas, etc which we did not use. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perhaps if you can maintain it a little better, I might come back and stay there.

Pleasant furnishings, carpet needs replacement. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen with adequate supplies but quite small and no room for food storage. Window views mostly obscured by snow banks, but was melting while we were there. Appreciated the garage space, condo is quite close to Eagle. I was happy to be able to bring my dog along.
