What We Love

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the sleek decor, the contemporary furnishings, the cathedral ceiling, and the blanket of natural light that radiates comfort from every corner. Stream movie marathons on the large TVs or curl up with a good book on the plush furniture. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's activities. The garage boasts a laundry area equipped with a Samsung washer and dryer. The property has an alarm system and Ring cameras that are controlled and monitored with iPad included. The iPad controls the lighting/dimming in the house.

• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

• 2 dogs , weighing 30 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Security camera details: 4 cameras: one at front door, one on each side door, and one on the driveway.
