When you're not swimming in the ocean or hiking in the hills, you'll be a scenic, three-mile drive from the Malibu Pier, Nobu Malibu, and Malibu Country Mart.

The oceanfront setting is a true luxury, with two stories of furnished deck space affording you privacy, comfort, and incredible sunset views. Sip your first cup of coffee outside in the mornings, soak up the afternoon sunshine in cushioned loungers, and stargaze in the evenings with a glass of wine in hand.

The interior is modern and open, with a clean color palette highlighting the brilliant blue ocean out back. On the main floor, find a gourmet kitchen with professional-grade appliances (including double ovens and a wine fridge), an airy dining space, and a living room that opens to the balcony. It's true indoor-outdoor living, allowing you to watch for whale spouts as you curl up by the gas fireplace and stream movies with your loved ones.
