This property provides the location and amenities for a fantastic vacation! As a frequent visitor to Kiawah, the Windswept townhouses are conveniently located on the island for all activities - beach, golf, tennis, nature, and biking. We will definitely return to this townhouse.

Very clean and comfortable with a great location.
Jackie C. May 2022
We had an amazing stay at this home. Beautiful location right on the lagoon and a short walk to the beach.
Amy M. Apr 2022
These are our favorite units because of the location. This particular unit was well-appointed and spotless.

This is a very cute, nicely decorated, clean home we rented off VRBO, should have rented straight from VACASA as it was pulled off VRBO which made things confusing and would have been much less expensive. Kitchen has enough equipment to cook all your meals. The space was more than adequate for our family of 4. There is one TV which worked well for us-no connections for games like xbox. Would have liked a dresser in the master to put clothes in, hooks for clothes/jackets in the closets, and a door on the bathroom. The views from most of the windows are spectacular and saw plenty of birds and alligators every day. Easy bike ride to anywhere from here including basketball at the park and walk or ride to beach. As usual a great week at Kiawah.

Beautifully situated on the lagoon, and a short walk to the beach. Central location on Kiawah makes it easy to bike or walk to all the fun activities on the island. Check in and out was very smooth, and the well equipped kitchen was appreciated. We enjoyed cocktails and coffee on the balcony—and the view from the full size Dining Room. Thanks for a great get a way!

This property was ideal for everything my group wanted. It was clean, close to the beach & provided a mid-island launch to shopping, eating out & the golf courses. Great wildlife in the lake was a bonus.
Sophia S. Jul 2021
The villa was extremely clean - even the windows were spotless! The furniture in the den is a little dated but otherwise the villa exceeded our expectations.
Sonya T. Jun 2021
This location is perfect for families who want to be close to the beach. It’s a spacious townhome with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. One ask is to update the television in the living room.
Teresa N. Jun 2021
The location is very good. Nice view of a pond from the deck. Very comfortable place. The kitchen is a bit small, but had everything we needed.
We were especially impressed by how accommodating Vacasa, the management company, was. They were very communicative and helpful. They supplied us with basic house keeping needs, including a few detergent pods for the washing machine, which was really nice.

used for a quick family getaway
location was great and an easy walk to the beach.
Samantha S. Apr 2021
Very close to beach and Night Heron Park. Great location and nice view of pond and wildlife.

The location was great!

While the kitchen is a bit outdated, the home was very nice and the views and proximity to the beach made up for it. Definitely need an upgrade on the televisions (they are tiny). Other than that, it was really nice (and we were there for 2 weeks while our home was being renovated).

This is a great space, super close to the beach. They answered the maintenance call we had very quickly. If they keep renting they need to update the WiFi codes and instructions for TV remotes.
Chuck A. Nov 2020
The view is the best part of this property. Otherwise, don’t bother. Dirty carpets, several maintenance issues....just a very tired property. Oh yeah, as to the bathrooms being recently remodeled, my definition of that word is very different from what I found. Maybe it was done in 1995.
Manager response:
Chuck, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize if the condition of the home did not meet your expectations for ideal comfort and appeal. We make every effort to present an accurate portrayal of our homes on the listing page in order for guests to make informed decisions on their rental choices. Our property manager confirms that carpets have been deep cleaned and more kitchen utensils and cookware have been added. We appreciate your feedback and hope to provide you with a more comfortable experience next visit!

This property is in a great area and was nice and clean. It is for sale and needs updating. Furniture and carpet needs replaced. The house is not stocked, few dishes and cooking utensils. Not even salt and pepper. Quiet and close to beach.
Manager response:
Hi, Samuel! Thank you so much for staying with us and sharing your review. New pots, pans, a broiler pan, and cookie sheets have recently been placed in the home. The couch has been recently cleaned, but we will keep an eye on it so we can schedule another cleaning when needed. The other items will be addressed as soon as possible. We hope to see you again!

This home was as advertised.
Very roomy and comfortable. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was super convenient. Kitchen served us well.
Nice deck for morning coffee and breakfast while taking in views of the lagoon.
An easy 3 min walk to the beach. Very nice access with spray station on the boardwalk. Went in Oct so weather was perfect, but in the summer all the shade around the property and covering the entire walk to the beach would be a big plus.
Very close access to plenty of walking and biking trails. As well as Heron Park.
The only issue was the doorknob broke while we were there. Maintenance arrived within 15 min to fix it. Everything was taken care of.
We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and functional despite outdated kitchen. Had not realized kitchen was so small on the pictures. Rest of the condo was fine, quick access to the beach. Checking in and out was a smooth process.
Imogene N. Aug 2020
With Covid, this was a great private getaway. The units were not heavily booked in this part. The kitchen needs some help with cooking supplies. There are no cooking dishes with lids for oven. There was no lid for blender. There was not a backup trash bag. The drain in master bathroom does not drain properly. The TVs are on the smaller side. There was a lot of rain which increased bugs in unit. The unit has a wonderful view.
Amy K. Jul 2020
Close to the beach and Night Heron Pool. However, you can’t use the pool unless you book through Kiawah. So that was a bummer. But it was clean with easy access to the beach. We loved the lagoon view.
Steven R. Jul 2020
Corona put a damper on some of the holiday activities this year but tgebeacheas open and the village was mostly hopping. This condo is a three minute walk from Boardwalk 20 and a ten minute drive to Freshfields — everything you need on Kiawah.
Tara S. May 2020
Nice big home with waterfront views! About 45 drive to Charleston. We had a wonderful stay!
Sandra F. Aug 2019
We had a great stay and would stay here again.
Cindy C. Jul 2019
Location. Given information left in the family log, it appears to have been recently updated.
Victoria Q. May 2019
We loved the lagoon right outside our condo, where we could sit on the deck and read or relax.
The home is spacious with lots of light and bright walls. When an issue arose, the manager promptly addressed it. Would definitely stay here again.
Cyd C. Jul 2018
I loved everything about this home! The view of the lagoon was incredible. I spent my mornings watching the birds come in to feed on the lagoon from the deck off the dining room. I saw alligators and turtles too. From the front door, I enjoyed the deer...it's tough to believe you are so close to Charleston in this beautiful retreat. The furnishings were all high quality and looked new. The kitchen had all of the supplies needed to cook anything I could want. It was a short walk to the beach, but bring your bike (or rent one) because the bike paths are wonderful. I am booking this home for my next visit to the area.

This is a very nice 3 BR unit overlooking Night Heron Park and very close to the beach accesses at Windswept. Great location and nicely outfitted. Would rent again.
Wendy E. Feb 2016
We thought the house was clean, tidy, well-appointed and attractive. There were four of us so we had ample room. The views to the lagoon are lovely and enjoyed our flock of birds on the raft each morning! The only thing we had some issues with were the tvs which both had to be fixed, but that was done very quickly. Also could use a teapot (you know these Canadian/Brit types!!)

We have been staying in 4352 Windswept for many years. It is a great place to stay and love being on the lagoon. The weather was perfect and we all had fun!
