This condo was very comfortable. The views are amazing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There are boogie boards for your use in the water, the building will supply you with a wrist band upon check in and then when shown at the beach you can obtain chairs, beach towels and umbrella.
We really did enjoy our stay here. The only improvement could be better linen as the sheets and towels were a little coarse and rough. The hair dryer button was completely broken and could not be turned off so I suggest a new hairdryer. Also please supply more than one dishwasher tablet. In this particular condo there is no maid service so bring your own detergent and dryer sheets to wash towels.

The staff was so helpful, from checking in, to checking out ..top notch! Leo and Christian at the restaurant and Zach for beach service.

The views of this room are better than the photos! There is a vacant city lot next to you, so you are able to see a lengthy area of the sand and ocean which are unobstructed views.

Everything you need in a kitchen is here and is high quality. The wrap around balcony also overlooks the bay and Collins Avenue for a beautiful sunset.

With both balcony doors closed, you can't hear any of the street noise. You can request maid service, but we chose not to. There are ample towels and extra linens in the condo and even a pail and shovel for the beach.
