Secluded condo nice and clean.
The one thing I think they need to do is add more luggage carts. One cart is Not enough for a 5 story condo. We had to carry all our belongings when we got there and departing no cart again, had to carry them to our car.

The condo was very clean, but what we liked the most was having trees changing color as our view both in the back as well as the front. Wanted to be away from the Main Street and this place was so quiet and beautiful. will stay again.

I love the cleaning of the condo, but the outside could use some better care, the trash area was awful, and nothing to get your luggage 🧳 in , all the carts were broke, and all the bar stools too, but overall, the condo was great

The condo was as described beautiful and nice. Downtown Gatlinburg was very convenient along with shopping stores. There’s a couple items need attention such as broken pantry door knob, touch up paint on the walls, broken outside comfort table, missing dryer knob, and extra toilet tissues in bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay!! I would have given a 5 star review. I would Consider coming back if the items are rectified.

The price was great...Place was as described and clean. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Plenty of space...location was great to downtown Gaitlingburg and local stores for food shopping quiet and peaceful. Will suggest to others and will stay again when visiting the area again

Only drawback was with having an electronic entry would have liked to have a bolt lock once in the home

Only complaint was volume on master bedroom remote didnt work, that was annoying and hot water runs out before 4 people can take showers and NO, nothing else was running.

We loved the space, the location, and the low key atmosphere. Our condo did smell of marijuana smoke every time we entered, and the ice machine didn’t work properly, but luckily we weren’t there that much. It was clean, although no laundry detergent was in the unit when there was supposed to be. Overall it was a nice place! The common areas seemed to need some attention and the elevator door would partially close approx. 4-5 times before it actually would close and go up/down. Not the units fault, but it needs servicing for sure!!

Clean spacious and most all secluded get-a-way. Quiet no nonsense stay in the mountains. Only thing missing was a jetted tub. Our unit was on third floor. Beds were so comfortable and kitchen was amazing. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from the crowd. No pool or outdoor barbecue area or I would have given a 5 star rating.

first of all, the condo looks exactly like the pictures and that's a only compliment I have. Day of check in, the company sends a text welcoming us & to reply to that text if there were any concerns or questions. Get to the property & try to use the code that was given & it didn't work. Tried a few more times..nothing. So I reply to the text with my dilemma, no response. I try again with the code & nothing. I sent them 4 total text messages & never received a reply. Tried looking at my email to see if there was an updated email but we're so much in the woods that our phones weren't receiving service. So I tried calling & of course they're experiencing longer wait times estimated time was 30 minutes, was on hold for an hour & no one ever came on the phone. Finally I saw another family & talked to them about our issue & they said they had the same problem & had to call but had to go to the local McDonalds to get service & they were told that the company was having issues sending out emails. Finally was able to get in my email to see that another email was sent with a different code (who knew that there was different codes in the emails)?! Finally get in the condo (over an hour later). The wifi wasn't working so no one had internet. The condo was spacious; however, there were scuffs on the walls & it was evident that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed as there was little particlesof debris that was seen & felt under your feet (I thought they were doing all this disinfecting due to Covid 19 but they didn't vacuum?). Anyway, this place is tucked away on a mountain with curvy sharp dark unnamed roads. If you stay here make sure your back before dark because you cannot see & risk getting lost because phone service is spotty. Also, there are no amenities on the property so you would need to provide your own entertainment. Overall, I would not stay here again mainly because the lack if communication with the host & no one is available if you need something or have issues.
